IRSO has decided to build a community hall in Thirumullaivasal in Nagapattinam disctrict of Tamilnadu in India.

The blue print of the project and a preliminary cost estimate for the project have been obtained. The initial cost estimate is close to INR 700,000. At the current exchange rate this amounts to nearly CDN 20,000.
